Location: Main Terminal: Langhorne, PA. May be asked to travel to: Mansfield MA, Charlton MA, Auburn ME, Windsor Locks CT, Syracuse NY, West Greenwich RI, Albany NY, and Watertown NY
Job Description : In this position you would be covering vacations, leaves of absence , or any open dedicated delivery routes with multiple stops. You will be mainly driving a tractor/trailer combination with a 48' trailer with lift gate. You will be responsible for on-time and accurate delivery of freight to customer locations. Most deliveries will be unattended at night with dispatch times generally between 11:00 pm and 3:00 am. The freight you will be delivering will be auto parts to auto dealerships.
This position runs 5 days per week, mainly Monday night/Tuesday morning through Friday night/Saturday morning. Drivers will be required to travel and spend 5 days a week in one of our various locations to help cover our dedicated routes due to vacation, injury, leave of absence, or while we recruit for an open position. We DO NOT run sleepers so when you travel to a domicile location DLI will provide the following: personal miles to take your car or will rent you a vehicle, we will provide you a hotel in that location, and you will receive $20 per day per diem . Rentals and hotels are billed directly to DLI.
Some weeks travel will not be required to our other locations and during those weeks, the driver will dispatch out of Fairfield and be home daily.
A doubles experience and/or willingness to get a doubles endorsement and train on doubles is a plus!
Starting Pay: $225.00 per day + $20 per diem + $2,000 sign on bonus

Minimum Requirements:
- Have a Class A CDL
- At least 1 year tractor/trailer driving experience
- Age 21 or older
- No preventable accidents while operating a CMV in the last 2 years .
- No DUI/DWI, Careless/Reckless driving citations or revoked/suspended license in the past 5 years
- No more than 3 moving within the past 3 years
- No use of electronic device while driving violations
- Review and approval of the PSP Driver Violations Report
- Criminal Background Check Required
- Able to pass a complete DOT physical, drug screen and road test
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Good customer service skills
