Owner Operator Requirements:
FedEx Custom Critical is seeking Owner Operator contractors who own their own vehicles for over-the-road opportunities. The owner operator or their driver must meet the following standards:
- A proper Class CDL
- Class A drivers must be 21 and have at least six months of experience within the past two years
- No experience needed for Class B drivers
- No more than three moving violations within the last three years, and a maximum of one in the previous 12 months
- Able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and drug test
Owner Operator Compensation Structure:
- $1.50 per authorized loaded mile, $1.00 per authorized unloaded mile
- Fuel surcharge paid on all authorized miles
- Extra compensation for hazmat loads
- Extra compensation for Canadian and New York City load
