- .52 CPM to the team with .01 raise every 6 months (includes bonuses and per diem)
- Average 5,500 - 6,500 miles per week

Driver qualifications:
- Minimum 23 years of age with valid Class A CDL
- 1 years' recent verifiable OTR experience; or 9 months' OTR + truck driving school
- No major moving violations in last 2 years; no more than 3 moving violations in last 5 years
