Job Description

Operations and Customer Service Supervisor. Responsible for management of international transportation movements of oversize cargo and building work processes and internal communication systems that respond to changes and deliver to customers a "best in industry" experience.

Duties:
  • Lead Operations and Customer Service team.
  • Respond to changes, implement solutions and communicate with customers.
  • Maintain contact with customers and vessel owners.
  • Deliver quality customer service.

Job Requirements
  • Experience managing export ocean shipping with forwarders or carriers.
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience.
  • College degree.
  • Strong people skills to build customer relationships.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Positive attitude. Good telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Team player to build company.
  • Flexibility to comfortably work in a constantly changing environment.
