Night Shift Loading Manager in our Louisville, KY location.
Job Description
The shipping manager position coordinates activities of workers responsible for preparing product for shipping nationally. This position supervises 7-12 employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management within the department.
Competencies
- Excellent Communication/Organizational/Time Management Skills
- Proficient in Office Software (Excel Reports)
- Great Motivator and Team Building Abilities
- Ability to Analyze processes and make necessary changes to align with the company expectations of efficiencies and on time customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze workflows and determine proper scheduling needs maintaining a steady workflow, while ensuring unnecessary overtime is eliminated over time.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience
- Class A CDL preferred but (not a deal breaker)
