Driver Recruiter
Job Description:
Design Transportation, a Truckload Carrier in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to assist in growing their fleet with safe, qualified drivers running all 48 states. The Driver Recruiter recruits, researches, interviews, and screens candidates for job openings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Confers with management & safety to identify driver requirements, job specifications and qualifications.
- Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify, and attract qualified driver candidates.
- Develops recruitment programs to attract and retain applicants.
- Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
- Develops and places job advertising in various media.
- Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, training, and driving experience, and to provide information about the company and position.
- Exit interviews; monthly reporting to executive management at the end of every month.
- Other duties as assigned.
