Job Duties:
Dispatch Order Process:
- Confirm Receipt of PO's to corresponding customers.
- Enter Purchase Orders to Oracle ERP system
- Fulfill and Allocate FIFO PO items
- Release Items to carrier or customer
- Update Inventory Spreadsheet
Transfers Stock replenishments:
- Prepare BOL/Packing List for Stock transfers
- Shipping Order Process (ERP Oracle) Finished Goods Orde
- Sample Requests Fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- Ensure adherence to standards for product quality and, equipment utilization and operator performance.
- Fulfill orders to ensure on-time dispatch of daily orders.
- Route, pull and release products matching to SKU from corresponding lot numbers from the cold storage facilities.
- Effectively monitor product inventory and ensuring product first-in first-out dispatch.
- Enter and maintain all orders and inventory.
- Send reports to District Sales Managers (inventory, shelf-life and status).
- Be the bridge between our backend operations and our customer experience. Coordinate with our sales team.
- Interact with vendors and carriers to ensure the best and most efficient cost of product distribution.
- Place orders to plant in Thailand.
- Receive containers imported from Thailand!
- Prepare regular operations analyses and reports.
- Order from production plant based on sales forecast and inventory levels.
- Ship samples and orders.
- Participate in meetings and planning sessions.
