Requirements:
- 21 Years of Age
- Have at least 1 - Year Recent OTR Experience.
- No More Than 1 Ticket in the Past 12 Months.
- No More Than 3 Tickets in the Last 3 Years.
- No More Than 1 Preventable Accident in the Last Year.
- No DUI Offenses in the Last 5 Years.
