Job Description:
In this position you will be responsible for picking up and delivering customers mail. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet or exceed the requirements listed below. These requirements are not all inclusive but are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 21 years in age 

  
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license in the state where the driver resides (CDL 
Class A) and meet applicable DOT requirements for CDL. 

  
• Minimum of one year verifiable driving experience in the last five years driving a tractor 
trailer (semi) truck with safe driving record. 


ABILITIES:

• Ability to drive a tractor trailer (semi) truck.
  
• Ability to read a map and understand directions.
  
• Good written, oral communication, and customer service skills. (Must have the ability to read, 
write and speak basic English).
  
• Ability to understand and become knowledgeable with USPS regulations and managing standards.
  
• Ability to lift 50ibs.
