Job Responsibilities:
- Tractor-trailer dispatch operations experience
- Production of revenue through customers and brokers for inbound/outbound freight
- Support of operations such as administrative duties, assisting with billing/payroll
- Safety counseling of Commercial Vehicle Operators
- Effective communication with management
- People skills with focus on driver relationships and retention
- 2 years dispatch experience within the transportation industry
- Prior experience managing Commercial Vehicle Operators
- Prior experience working with brokers
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Proficient with Windows Excel, Work and Outlook
- Previous experience with DAT, TMW and PeopleNet a plus
- Must be able to communicate with field, regional and corporate management
