Requirements:
- Must be 22 years of age or older
- Minimum 2 years of recent and verifiable experience with open deck hauling within the last 12 months
- No more than 3 points on MVR report
- No "At Fault" accidents in 3 years
- For any accidents on MVR, driver must provide copy of accident report showing no fault
- No DWI's or failed Drug tests in 5 years
- No Felony convictions in 10 years
