Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service, sales position, or equivalent role preferred
• Bilingual Preferred (Korean or Chinese)
• Logistics and Transportation industry experience Preferred

Responsibilities:

SM Line is seeking for an Account Executive (Outside Sales). Entry level position for individuals with 0-3 years of experience with opportunities for professional growth and development. This associate will be part of a dynamic sales organization.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Corporate sales position in marketing of Transpacific (Asia to/from US) ocean services
  • Conduct contract negotiations
  • Customer profile maintenance, statistical analysis of customer trends.
  • Create and customize customer presentations.
  • Perform account management

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service, sales position, or equivalent role preferred
  • Bilingual Preferred (Korean or Chinese)
  • Logistics and Transportation industry experience Preferred
