- Premium rates with plenty of miles to keep you rolling and earning. Our flatbed drivers earn mileage pay @ $0.48/mile, with a $0.01/mile increase every 60,000 miles up to $0.52/mile. Earn up to $0.53 CPM in our Premium Markets - Ask for details! We also offer: Regular Pay Increases , Exceptional Health Benefit Package, Bonus Pay Opportunities, Safety Bonus, as well as, Tarp Pay
- Drive State-of-the-Art Equipment You'll be behind the wheel of a 2015 or newer truck, making you a part of one of the newest fleets in the industry. You'll haul mostly company freight in regional, long-haul, and dedicated lane opportunities.
- Celadon offers drivers the opportunity to own your own truck and earn more money. Lease Purchase Flatbed drivers at Celadon earn 75% of BoL for on-time loads! Our $0 down, no credit check, Lease Purchase program gives you the opportunity to be your own boss.
- No problem! As long as you have a valid Class-A CDL and at least 3 months of experience, you'll get a spot in our refresher course. Once completed, you will then be scheduled for Celadon orientation.
