Job Description:
Dispatchers are an integral part of the operations team. These individuals are the main contacts for our growing fleet and customer base. The Dispatcher is responsible for effectively communicating with customers and drivers throughout the life of an order to ensure on time pick up and delivery. Scheduling delivery appointments, entering orders, bidding on freight, updating customer websites and dispatching drivers are some of the many tasks Dispatchers complete throughout the day. The ability to work under pressure and handle high stress situations with ease is an important aspect of this role.
